When working with us, you know that if we’re doing something right, then our third party vendors are doing something right. Whether it’s picking out invitations or selecting glassware, our partner companies work well with us to make sure that no detail is overlooked.
Will Events byDavid be willing to step in as our advocate, conveying our visions and desires to vendors?
The answer is YES. We are your client and the vendors are our clients, so we tell them exactly what is wanted and needed.
Will Events byDavid organize delivery, arrival, and setup times with photographers, florists, musicians, caterer/banquet manager etc.?
While you are getting ready for the big day, we’re in the background making sure that everything is running smoothly. We carefully coordinate when vendors will arrive, deliver or set up.
Will Events byDavid oversee the entire day of the event, by supervising vendors, troubleshooting emergencies and soothing nerves?
Yes. On the day of the event we’ll be there to make sure everything goes just the way you want them to. On the days leading up to the main event, your planner with go over all the details with you and make sure that you’re satisfied and comfortable with the plans. We’ll work day and night to meet your expectations.
