What makes the byDavid staff stand out from the rest?
We employ a staff of specialized professionals in order to provide you exactly what you want for your event, whether it’s sushi chefs, prep cooks, chefs, butlers, or oyster shuckers. Our staff has been with us over an extended period of time (we have a very small turnover rate), and transportation is provided so the staff can be where they need to be at the allotted time. David makes every effort to attend each event so that he can personally oversee staff and event preparations.

How long has byDavid been in service?
We’ve been in business for over five years and counting. A good deal of our success and growth can be attributed to the consistent contracts that we’re able to set up with clients and venues. Some of our corporate accounts include Polo Ralph Lauren, The Altman Building, Trump National Golf Course, The Metropolitan Pavilion, Fred’s at Barney’s New York, and many others. We also have recurring private accounts with many other families, restaurants and businesses throughout the Tri-State area.

Does it matter who serves the food at an event?
When you’re at an event, you want your food to be prepared and served by someone who is knowledgeable about food. The byDavid staff takes pride in serving our clients and is able to answer any questions about what is on the menu or what is being served.

How is a client assured that they are getting a highly-trained, professional staff for their next event?
We ensure that the staff will have an excellent overall appearance and specialized training. Many members of our staff have been with us from the beginning and continue to work with us because of our clients’ satisfaction with their high-level of expertise and professionalism.
